I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I've been trying everything that I can think of and nothing is working. I don't know if I'm missing a important concept but can someone help explain what I'm doing wrong?

class Student:
    name = "Your Name"
    grade = 50

    def praise(self):
        return "You inspire me, {}".format(self.name)

    def reassurance(self):
        return "Chin up, {}. You'll get it next time!".format(self.name)
    def feedback(self.grade):
        if self.grade <== 50:
            return reassurance(self)
        elif self.grade > 50:
            return praise(self)

You're getting close, but there's a few issues:

  • you only need to define the method, you won't need any code after the method
  • the method parameters have a period between them, but parameters should be separated by a comma
  • "<==" is not a Python operator (but "<=" is)
  • since "grade" is a parameter, it does not need to be prefixed by "self"
  • but the methods "reassurance" and "praise" both do need to be prefixed by "self"

Bonus hint: "elif" or "else" isn't needed since you always want to return "praise" when you don't return "reassurance".
