It says use a number between 0 to 9, which I am. But still getting an error. Help!

The error might add something to help you; not just the "Bummer" bit.
Anyway, you're using the nextInt
method which can take an upper bound. That's the number of integers it can choose from. It starts counting at zero.
So, to get a range of zero to nine, that's ten numbers. This makes your code look like:
Random randomGenerator = new Random();
int randomNumber = randomGenerator.nextInt(10);
