i dont understand the challenge

i guys i need your help, i don't get this challenge, :( how can i do to the string say Mary Jones if my name is in it?

Sorry for my english :S

this is what i need to do:

"Create a variable named fullName that combines both the first and last name variables to create a string like "Mary Jones"."

script.js
var firstName = "Yoel";
var lastName = "Trujillo";
index.html
<!DOCTYPE HTML>
<html>
<head>
  <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
  <title>JavaScript Basics</title>
</head>
<body>
<script src="script.js"></script>
</body>
</html>

Hi Yoel Trujillio!

Your on the right track! But the challenge is not asking you to display the string "Mary Jones" the string "Mary Jones" is just an example of how the string should be displayed when combining YOUR first and last name. So what you need to do is create a variable the combines both YOUR first and last name.

If you still find this concept tricky, review the lesson once more and it should all then make since! If you have any other questions let me know! - Reggie :)!
