I don't understand the "follow discussion" option in the Forums

This may be a dumb question, but I cannot seem to find the answer...

When you view a post by someone, there is the option to "follow discussion". Where do you go to view the posts you have followed?

Basically if you find a question or topic that you are interested in then you can follow any updates that may happen on that particular question. So lets say I am interested in your question right? So if I click that follow discussion button I will receive updates whenever someone adds something new to that question. Hope that helps.

They'll come up in your notifications (that bell in the top right corner).
