I dont understand the hover

What is the hover and how to apply?

Hi Api

Your 'nav a' element should remain white, while the hover (when a mouse is over a link item) of the 'nav a' should be color #32673f. So when the mouse hovers over the link items, the color changes from #fff to #32673f.
