I don't understand this error message

Why is it giving me an error exactly? Adjust what?

error = did you adjust the 'fuel_remaining' attribute?

racecar.py
class RaceCar:
    laps = 0
    def run_lap(self, length):
        self.fuel_remaining - length * 0.125
        self.laps += 1

    def __init__(self, color, fuel_remaining, **kwargs):
        self.color = color
        self.fuel_remaining = fuel_remaining
        for key, value in kwargs.items():
            setattr(self, key, value)

Hi Abdullah

You are missing '=' here:

self.fuel_remaining - length * 0.125

It should be...

self.fuel_remaining -= length * 0.125

...which is short for:

self.fuel_remaining = self.fuel_remaining - length * 0.125.

Hope this helps!
