i dit try with finalLapTimes [4], and other ways and I don't know what means lap3
double[] lapTimes = new double[4];
lapTimes[0] = 2.2;
double[] finalLapTimes = {2.2, 2.3, 2.5, 2.8};
double lap3 = lapTimes;
finalLapTimes[3] = lap3;

Treehouse TeacherHi there, Herman Morales ! It doesn't explicitly say it but it's expecting you to create a new variable of type double named lap3 which you did. It wants you to get the third item of the finalLapTimes and assign it to the variable lap3. To get the third item you need to target the second index.
double lap3 = finalLapTimes[?];
Replace the question mark with the appropriate index. Hope this helps!
