Python Python Basics (2015) Number Game App Squared

I don't understand what the error is.

I do not understand what the error is. I keep on trying to get it right but it just keeps on saying Bummer! Try Again!. I would appreciate it if someone helped me. Thank you.

int("tim") throws a ValueError, not TypeError. Nice function by the way. I like how you handle ints and strs with the same line of code!
