I don't understand what this question is asking.

What is this question asking?

app.js
const contentDiv = document.getElementById("content");
let newParagraph = document.createElement('p');
const panel =
index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
    <head>
        <title>DOM Manipulation</title>
    </head>
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="style.css" />
    <body>
        <div id="content">

        </div>
        <script src="app.js"></script>
    </body>
</html>

Maybe it would help if the question was reworded this way:

:point_right: On your "newParagraph", set the "class" property to the name "panel".
