JavaScript JavaScript Functions Pass Information Into Functions Create a max() Function

I don't understand why my code is returning "the 'max' is not returning a number.

script.js
function max( a,b ){
  if( a > b){
    return a;
  }
}
max(10,7);

For task 1 you don't need to call the function, just define it.

But the issue is that in the current code, a value is returned when the first argument is larger, but otherwise nothing gets returned. Add another return statement after the conditional test to handle the other case.

Thank you!
