Hello, I´ve just reactivate my account after use the free trial, some months between, but when i have introduced my billing numbers the paid has been done for the pro version not the basic, I need a solution for that, i just need the basic version.
For me is not problem if i can take two months for the basic version, I do not need a refund but i am not interested in the pro version at all.
note: I have previously changed the plan to basic version, but for some reason he has changed again by itself...

For now, it seems like I will have an extra credit for the next billing time, I do not find that extra credit marked anywhere in my account but I trust that there will be no problem.
