i get an error 'wrong coordinates', how do i fix that?

I write the following code and get error Wong coordinates

GeolocationService.java 
public class GeolocationService extends Service {
    int mLatitude;
    int mLongitude;

    // some methods omitted

    @Override
    public IBinder onBind(Intent intent) {
      return null;
    }


  class LocationHandler extends Handler {

    GeolocationService service;

    public LocationHandler(GeolocationService service) {
      this.service=service;
    }

    @Override
    public void handleMessage(Message m) {
       switch(m.arg1) {
         case 0: service.mLatitude = service.getLatitude(); break;
         case 1: service.mLongitude = service.getLongitude(); break;
       }
    }
  }
}
