Hey Joseph,

This can be several things, it can be caused by temporary server issue, maybe some chrome add-ins you have (ad blocker and the like) and might be even connection failure between your ISP and the Treehouse servers.

If you keep experiencing these kind of issues, you have few options before you contact support:

  1. Reset your browser settings and disable addins.
  2. Try a different browser.
  3. Reset your router/modem.
  4. Try changing your DNS to google's DNS of 8.8.8.8
  5. Check with your ISP just to make sure your connection works fine. (Optional)
  6. Disable your anti-virus/firewall (If you have) temporary. (Optional)
  7. If all above fails, and you get the message on a daily basis, contact support at help@teamtreehouse.com

Let me know if that helped.

I hate Other Browser like IE Edge , firefox, etc . i love only Chorme
