I got runtime error when I run the downloaded code

I have changed the "useInMemoryData" to true. and run the application , I got yellow screen saying An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed.

Microsoft.Net.Compilers

Microsoft.CodeDom.Providers.DotNetCompilerPlatform
