JavaScript JavaScript Basics (Retired) Working With Numbers The Random Challenge Solution

I got two items switched but it still seems to work

This is the line of code that I tried, and seems to work

Math.floor(Math.random()* (upperNumber - lowerNumber)
+ lowerNumber ) + 1;

this is thie line of code as presented in the video

Math.floor(Math.random()* (upperNumber - lowerNumber) + 1)
+ lowerNumber;

:point_right: Math.floor has no effect on whole numbers.

You can add a whole number before or after the floor function and the result will always be the same.

Great! Thanks Steve.
