I have a problem with Flask Static Files


when I change this

body { background: beige; color: mediumorchid; }

to this

body { background: beige; }

my color wouln't change and still are mediumorchid. Why I can't see the black color?

Hello Paulius.

I imagine there must be a more specific css rule in your css file that targets whatever element you want to change the color of.

Can you please provide the full css file?

Hi, Vittorio, i have the same issue, and i have no idea why it's happens.

My css file have only below record body{ background: red;


but when i restart my server even kill server via shell and inspect my site after it shown me that my css have not changed and contain original records as below: body{ background: beige; color: mediumorchid;


Why it is happened and what should i do to repair this.
