114 PointsI have an Idea for a service & web app/app. Where should I start? help!
I have an idea for a service that doesn't exist that Id like to make a reality. How/ Where so I start? App vs. Web App vs. Website? not at all sure. Maybe looking for someone with background in coding UI and implementing that with my service any advice would help at this point basically don't know where to begin.

9,518 PointsIt is hard to say given that we do not know what the app/service is for and its ideal market, but I will offer some general speculation/thoughts.
If you are intent on learning to build the code yourself, you should ask yourself whether your customer base will use it primarily on computers, iOS devices, or Android devices.
I would probably learn HTML/CSS/JavaScript and then learn React/ React Native.
I think finding a partner for your project would likely be a good idea, especially if you are in a hurry to bring it to market.
