Hi anyone, I am using DELL with vista iOS and I have no access to Mac. I would like to download Xcode but my computer cannot support.Any suggestions?

Try Virtual Box https://www.virtualbox.org
There are hundreds of tutorials of how to install and configure a MAC OS in Windows with Virtual Box. Good luck!

17,730 Pointsjust have to throw this out there.. be sure you understand the legality of what you are doing if you do choose to install OS X in a Virtual Machine on a PC. I'm not going to interpret the law for you, just understand what you are doing.
That being said, if you are serious about iOS design or web dev in general it's a good idea to get at least a cheap mac to test on and if need be develop on.
