var fristName = firstName "Eric";
The variable firstName in the 1st instance is misspelled (swap r & i ).
secondly you do not need to write the variable again before the name "Eric". You simple create the variable then set the name. what you should do is this:
var firstName = "Eric";

var fristName = "Eric";
