Development Tools Git Basics Getting Started With Git Committing Changes

I keep getting stuck when trying to exit README file after saving. I'm in Windows and have tried CtrlX, CtrlZ, Ctrl Q.

I am able to type "Y" to save the changes, but when I try to get back to the previous work space in GitBash I'm stuck.

What editor are you using?

I'm using GitBash.

I've also been trying to follow along in the Treehouse work space, but when I pause too long it is not saving my work so when I go back I have to start over.

Are you using the Nano editor within git bash?

Yes. Sorry if my last response was confusing.

Still not sure what could be going wrong here, tho.
