This challenge is about comparison and logic operations. If you read each of the output lines and look at the expression that is tested to produce it, you'll notice that the tests are not doing the right thing.

You can fix the program by changing the comparison operators and the logic operators so that what they do is matching what the output will say.

Break Down:

  • Do not change the initiating variables
  • It wants you to change all the OR operators to AND
  • Make sure the text reading "It's Friday, but I don't have enough money to go out" has two conditions in the else if (using the AND operator) instead of one.
  • Also, make sure that the else if condition is looking for it to be Friday.
