I keep getting the message "Unable to verify captch"

I am having a lot of trouble with coding along with this video. I tried downloading the files and when I get to the recaptcha it doesn't work. I went back to use the workspaces and follow along and I am getting the "Unable to verify captcha" message. This is a very frustrating unit. A lot of the things are outdated. This is the first unit that has disappointed me in this course. Here is my workspace if someone could look at it and see what I have done wrong.
