Python Adding Changes to a Project on GitHub

I keep getting this error message.. dear god..

Techdegree-test2 has been updated on https://github.com/youssefjohn/Techdegree-test2.git since you last synced. You can try syncing again or run git pull origin master && git push origin master from the command line.

This message appears when trying to upload from my desktop to github.com.

Please help!

It sounds like your branch on GitHub has commits on it that your local copy does not have. They are a bit out of sync so it's not sure what to do. What happens when you issue the command it gives you on the command line?
