I keep getting this error when I try and run my app "ABB is not responding" I'm not sure what do do here?

I have options to wait more or to restart. 1. I am not sure what exactly is happening and going wrong. 2. even when I click restart and run it again, nothing changes. It never used to work like this so a bit perplexed really, would greatly love a solution to this.
