i know the answer but i don't know why is it the right one

i know that "CommentController" is the answer but why isn't it supposed to be the method

The method (or property or field) is always last, and methods are usually distinguished by () at the end. Since Details() is last and had parentheses at the end, it is the method, not CommentComtroller.

Another tip is that all controllers in MVC are classes. The methods are the actions you add to your controller.
