I made a contact form and would like some opinions about it.

The codepen link is below. I'm just practicing making forms. I don't know how to style the from yet with CSS. This is just a practice form, and would like some opinions about my html code please, and do you think it is okay? Thanks in advance for any help, and advice. http://codepen.io/mike316/pen/tjHLk

Theres a course about making forms. I made it and then i was doing it like 30 times , understanding the code. After that you will know how to do like almost any sort of form .

It looks nice , maybe cople of adjustments. I highly recommend to watch HTML forms , you will learn from it a lot too.

Looking good, as a next step try styling the input and select elements.

Hi Liam. Thank you for the kind comments, and suggestions.

Hi Michael,

I forked your pen and added just a couple things, which are just purely personal preferences. Notice the legend text added to the fieldset borders and the buttons at the bottom. Perhaps try to add some client side validation and Bootstrap styling. It otherwise looks fine to me.
