I made a Rock, Paper, Scissors app after Flask Basics [SOLVED]

A while back I applied for a Ruby on Rails position and the coding challenge was to make a Rock, Paper, Scissors app with player choices passed in via the URL.

Based on what was taught in Flask Basics I thought I would be quick and fun to do that in Flask.
