I Need An Advice when to start a self project,

Please i will love to know when to start building a site, For a learning step by step understanding... should i start with a follow up site, or wait till the end of the project? Am still on "LAUNCHING WEBSITE (Setting up web hosting)"

Now I would follow this Learning Adventure for HTML and CSS. Deep Dives videos covering HTML & CSS will give You deeper understanding of basic topics about building a website. During watching them after some bigger chunk of material covered in those videso You could try to build some simple site using knowledge You've just aquired. If You don't know about what could be your first site there are some good topics on the forum covering it: here and here. Also on this site there is great advice that more You build websites will give You more experience in making them.
