PHP Build a Basic PHP Website (2018) Listing and Sorting Inventory Items Associative Arrays

I need help with "Build a Basic PHP Website" - 'Associative Arrays' Challenge Task 1 of 7.

Here's the question: The static HTML below displays information about one really great movie. In this code challenge, we'll modify this so that it instead displays information about an even better movie. We'll also modify it to use an associative array in PHP instead of static pieces of text. First, add a PHP code block above the HTML that creates an empty PHP array named $movie.

Here's my code: <?php $movie = array("Back to the Future"); <h1>Back to the Future (1985)</h1>

<table> <tr> <th>Director</th> <td>Robert Zemeckis</td> </tr> <tr> <th>IMDB Rating</th> <td>8.5</td> </tr> <tr> <th>IMDB Ranking</th> <td>53</td> </tr> </table> ?>

Please advise. Thanks!

index.php
<?php
$movie = array("Back to the Future");
<h1>Back to the Future (1985)</h1>

<table>
  <tr>
    <th>Director</th>
    <td>Robert Zemeckis</td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <th>IMDB Rating</th>
    <td>8.5</td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <th>IMDB Ranking</th>
    <td>53</td>
  </tr>
</table>
  ?>

Hi David,

The challenge only wants you to create an empty array, (sometimes it's confusing when they only ask for a single step to a task that your brain automatically adds steps to!) so you can simply assign $movie a value of:

<?php
$movie = array();
?>

<?php $movie = []; ?>

<h1>Back to the Future (1985)</h1>

<table> <tr> <th>Director</th> <td>Robert Zemeckis</td> </tr> <tr> <th>IMDB Rating</th> <td>8.5</td> </tr> <tr> <th>IMDB Ranking</th> <td>53</td> </tr> </table>
