Hi there i am continuing on my website and I need this: http://postimg.org/image/latjl8wqf/ Do i use this or a similar design as a background image or can it be done in css? Also i would like to control opacity of this image.

28,149 PointsYou could likely do this with CSS using psuedo classes and some CSS transform property, which I'd try to do over loading a big background image which will also be subject to resolution problems. You'd be better using SVG over a bitmap image if you go that route.
