I need help with PHP arrays

I don't understand the principle of Arrays what it can be used for, so I have no idea how to practice it, so I can't use it properly.

I'd like to know what it is used for and how to make it work.

Arrays, Associative arrays, multidimensional arrays

what is the difference between all of them and what makes them so useful in PHP

Indexed arrays - Arrays with numeric index
Associative arrays - Arrays with named keys
Multidimensional arrays - Arrays containing one or more arrays
