I need help with this Creating Functions Challenge Task

Hello, I have been stuck with this task for a while now can't seem to figure out what code to write next.

Challenge Task 2 of 2 Great now that you have created your new square method, let's put it to use.

Under the function definition, call your new function and pass it the argument 3.

Since your square function returns a value, create a new variable named result to store the value from the function call.

squaring.py
def square(number):
    value = number * number
    return value

Hi Lukas,

this will do the trick:

result = square(3)

The square function will square the number 3 and return it, so it can be stored in the variable result

Makes sence?
