i need help with this one. please. I can't get the alert in the script tags

everything I try doesn't work. I need to place alert function warning between opening and closing scripts.

Your line of the script has some syntax error of openning and closing tags and your alert warning is lacking parenthesis. <script<> alert("warning"><>script>/

It should be: <script> alert("warning"); </script>.

I can't get the console to show or get the alert warning between opening and closing script tags.
