I need to an LMS script like Teamtreehouse.

Hello, I want to build an LMS (Learning Management System) website that provides free video courses. The website should have similar functionality to TeamTreeHouse (Videos, quizzes..) . Please recommend scripts dedicated for that, or a WordPress themes or plugins, etc...

Have you looked at some LMS options that already exists? I have a very tiny amount of experience with Moodle, as an example.

It sounds like you are open to pre-built options vs making a custom one. I'm not sure Wordpress is the best choice here, but I'm sure there are themes and plugins to create that functionality.

No problem. Truth be told I'd not be up for building a custom CMS myself yet. 2-3 years ago I helped get some lessons on Moodle. My skill level was super basic in the web design and dev at that time. From what I remember it reminded me of wordpress a lot. The learning curve to get something online was very low, using default themes and such, but at the same time highly extendable depending on your skill level.

Not saying Moodle is the right choice, but it's worth checking out for yourself.

Hey David! I recommend you check http://demo2.woothemes.com/sensei/ . I've also been looking for an LMS script like the one teamtreehouse has built and this is the best I found. Good luck!

Yes, I think Sensei is the best LMS solution for Wordpress. There is also a theme called WPLMS, but it relies on many plugins, and requires more configuration.. Sensei is simple. It only needs a good theme to work nicely with it, I contacted WooThemes and they told me they're currently working on one.
