If you already have your website deployed, you can create a business facebook account (it's free) and then extract your tracking pixel code.

You need to insert that piece of code into your site and from that, you'll be able to target visitors to your sites based on audiences you create. It sounds complex but it's pretty easy once you understand how everything works.
