I need to get a cheap mac so that I can create apps for the iPhones. What is the bare minimum RAM, etc that I need?

What is recommended RAM and HD size on a mac laptop or pc, in order to run Xcode?

will 2G do it? I see some cheap macbooks on ebay, but they have only 2G Ram. I am going to upgrade my pc this year, I cant afford to do that AND get a new mac.
