I noticed an error in the video

In the video you are using "http" but the treehouse REST API seem to require https. When I use "http" I get "301" response. When I use https I get the 200 response.

In the code change: var http = require("http"); to var http = require("https");

and

var request = http.get("http://teamtreehouse.com/username.json", function(response) {
to var request = http.get("https://teamtreehouse.com/username.json", function(response) {
