i positioned the three columns side by side using inline block is this a bad method to do so?

.col { width: 33.3333%; display:inline-block; margin: 0 -5px; vertical-align:top; padding: 0 3em; }

1 Answer

Not at all, using inline-block is a standard practice for positioning elements side-by-side. But if you would like to find out a different way to do that, check out flexbox when you feel you're ready. It's the ultimate tool for positioning.

Have fun!
