Let's walkthrough the steps.
First on the video page, below the video you'll see 3 tabs, Teachers Notes, Questions and Downloads. Click the downloafs link.
Now not every video will have project downloads but each video should be downloadable. If there are project files as there are in this video, you shoiuld be able to download the project files by clicking the link and finding the downloaded Zip file to your computer's download area.

I see a couple things here. First, it looks like you are activated on the Basic Plan, which doesn't allow for downloads. Second, once you get the membership straightened out, as long as you are on the Free-Trial, Downloads are also disabled (even for the Pro Accounts.). You will have to wait until you have been switched over to a Paid Account before you are able to download.
Once all that is figured out, Jonathan explains the how very well!
