42,016 Pointsif you want to send an email using a form, you are going to have to have a server and write some server side code (PHP usually) to do it using something like PHPMailer. You cannot do it with just HTML and CSS. The best you could do with HTML and CSS would be to open up the users default mail app using a mailto link. Id recommend checking out the PHP Courses

I think that you're trying to submit your form data to your hotmail address and it's not going to work like that. I recommend that you take the advice Stone Preston gave and look at the php courses. "build a simple php application" will cover what's involved in sending an email.
I wanted to point out a few problems in your html so that they don't cause you problems later on.
You have spaces in your id attribute values which are not allowed.
You also have spaces in your name attribute values. Spaces are allowed here but once you get to working on the php part of this you'll find that php will convert those spaces to underscores and so you will have to access them in your script with the underscores.

42,016 PointsSending an email using form data is not as simple as adding one line of code to your form to make it work. You are going to have to work with some server side code. Sorry if thats not what you want to hear, but you are going to have to either invest a bit more time to get an understanding of PHP and how form submissions etc work or hire a developer to implement that functionality for you. Your site looks very good and learning some server side code is the logical next step in your development journey.
