iOS Parsing JSON Using Codable An Overview of Codable A Quick Peek

I was looking at the definition of JSONDecoder. It is a class that has an initializer with empty body. init() HOw?

I tired to create a class with an enum, property of the type enum and and empty init() with no body. My code doesn't compile. Why does JSONDecoder compile? Although, No default value has been provide in the JSONDecoder class definition.
