Phaser.js is a framework used for making 2D games. A framework is a library or pre written JavaScript code to be used for programming and development. What exactly this Phaser framework does, I'm not too sure about, I'm not very familiar with it. They have a website though were you can learn more about their framework and how to use. https://phaser.io/
