Design Illustrator Foundations Creating an Icon Aligning Objects

Icon does not allign

Hi guys,

My icon won't align completely to the center, only the last vector shape aligns and not the rest of the icon. Isn't there a "merge layers" thing (supposing it comes from the layers)? I'm using Ai CC. How to fix this?
