id selector

Any link that I click takes me to the top of the page but why? Even without using the id selector like in the video.

Because there isn't any link available to go so when you click on a link like this one < a href="#">Home</a> or < a href="">Home</a> it should probably reload the page and take you on top of a page but when you work locally you will never understand reloading because site loads fast but when you visit a site and click like this URL it should reload and take you to top of page. I think you got my point.
