7,290 PointsIdea for a new learning category...
I can see that the Treehouse community has blossomed the past year and from seeing so, there are tons of new categories like Game Development, C#, Databases, Development Tools, and the list goes on.
On to my question, I know that Treehouse's primary purpose is coding/programming, but will there ever be a teacher for Network Engineering? I feel this is a booming career option and could be learned smoothly online through the wonderful teachers of Treehouse.
- I see that the category Development Tools offers console basics, which if anything, is the closest to Network Engineering so far.
Let me know if this could be possible/or has been suggested in the past...
Happy learning!

4,731 PointsHi Silkarino,
Thank you for the suggestion! At present, Treehouse doesn't have any plans to expand into network engineering, but with enough interest and demand, it could always be something that's explored by the teaching team. We appreciate the feedback!
