IE 10 not displaying image

So I use a mac and don't have consistent access to Internet explorer (If you have suggestions on how to test for IE on a mac, that'd be great.) Anyway, my header image is not visible on IE from what I'm told. I'm using a background image with a gradient overlay. Here's the CSS.

I would get parallels and install windows on your mac. Parrallels is virtual machine. Basically your installing windows on your mac. That's the easiest way i can come up with. Plus it's faster than virtual box. You can also give virtual box a go.
