31,009 Pointsyou need the # as placeholder. If you don't have anything there, basically there is no link.

2,560 PointsI think this might be why it isn't working: without an HREF attribute, the link(s) will have nowhere to go and will cease to work (a pound sign also leads nowhere, but a pound sign is kind of a placeholder value for the attribute).
Also, you might want to watch for the spelling of the second link -- I think that should be "Video Library".
