When you click the edit button if you can't see paste special

You need to ensure you have the Wed Development Tools component installed.

Go to Tools --> Get Tools and Features then in the component tab make sure that Wed Development Tools plus .NET Core 2.1 is selected. After install the option should now show in the edit menu.
