Hi,

the class attribuite must be included inside your element tag, so the browser knows that particular class needs to applied on that particular element. Like this:

<html>
  <head>
    <title>List Example</title>
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="styles.css">
  </head>
  <body>

    <a href="#" class="social-links">Follow me on Twitter!</a>

    <a href="#" class="social-links">Send me an Email!</a>
