I'm completing about 10 units a day on treehouse. How many units is the python and full stack javascript tech degree?

I'd love to get an idea of when I'd wrap up the program at this pace, and other paces.

It's difficult to say time wise because you cannot really calculate by counting the units you complete each day at the beginning.

In the techdegree you have the projects which are very very important and they take quite some time to fullfill. And for that you also occasionally have to repeat stuff that you learned. Me personally I usually do each course at least three times (the last two times with 1.5 video speed) and after that I occasionally repeat the code challenges and quizzes without the videos to check.

So just doing each unit once will probably not be enough for everything to stick except you have an amazing memory and learning mind. ;-)

But I assume the time treehouse estimates for the python techdegree (7 months if you invest 3 hours a day) is probably realistic. If you invest more time of course you can go faster. But if you do not have a lot of prior experience or are extremely self-disciplined I think you cannot do in the minimum time.

Thanks Nils, I understand this is a tricky question to answer. I'll email support to get an idea of what those units on my daily activity on the y axis represent. I hope (and don't think) treehouse would have put in random numbers haha. The math geek in me would loose faith haha.

Will get back to you here with details if I find them!
